Specify the Whole Entry Before Anything Is Ordered
When a property gets a new garage door and a new gate at the same time, the temptation is to treat them as two separate purchases. That is how you end up with a gate operator and a garage door opener that cannot share a remote, a keypad that only opens one of them, and a control box in the wrong place because nobody planned the wiring. Doing it as one job lets us look at the whole entry: where the gate sits in relation to the driveway, how cars and pedestrians approach, where power and low-voltage wiring can be run, what the door needs to match the house, and what access method suits the people who live there.
On the door side that means measuring the opening, headroom and side room, choosing steel, aluminium, wood or impact glass, and specifying springs, tracks and an opener sized to the door weight. On the gate side it means choosing arm, slide or swing based on how the driveway is laid out and how many vehicles pass through, then specifying the operator, the safety loops or edges, and the access equipment โ keypad, card reader, intercom or remote. We install both, program the controls so they work together, and test everything, including the reversing functions on the door and the reversing devices on the gate. Old doors, tracks, gate hardware and obsolete operators are removed and taken away. For HOA communities in Weston, Plantation and Pembroke Pines we can also talk you through the usual architectural review requirements before anything is ordered.
One Flat Rate, Specified Up Front
You approve one flat-rate price for the door, the gate, the operators, the access control and the installation before anything is ordered. If we find something during installation that changes the job, we stop and talk to you rather than adding it to the bill.
Why This Works Better
Door and Gate Measured Together
Opening, headroom, driveway geometry and approach are all assessed in one visit so the two systems suit each other and the property.
Operators and Access Control
Gate operators, safety loops, keypads, readers and intercoms installed and programmed, with the garage door opener set up to match.
Old Equipment Hauled Away
Existing doors, tracks, gate hardware and obsolete operators are removed and taken with us, and the site is left clean and usable.
Three Steps Start to Finish
Assess the Whole Entry
We measure the door opening and the gate location, check power and wiring options, and talk through materials, styles and access methods.
Approve One Flat Rate
You get a single flat-rate quote covering equipment and installation for both systems, with no surprises added later.
Install, Program, Test
Both systems are installed, controls are programmed to work together, and every safety device and reversing function is tested with you.

Doors & Gates Installation FAQs
Can I install a gate now and a garage door later?
Yes, but planning them together still saves you money, because wiring, control placement and access equipment can be prepared for both at once. Talk to us on (786) 671-4001 before the first job so the second one is easier.
Which gate type suits my driveway?
It depends on the layout. An arm gate suits a short approach, a slide gate suits a longer run of fence line, and a swing gate suits properties with space for the leaf to travel. We look at the site and recommend.
Can the gate and the door share a remote?
Often yes, with a multi-channel remote or by programming an extra button. We set this up when we install so you are not carrying two controls in the car.
Does my community need to approve a new door or gate?
Many HOA communities in Weston, Pembroke Pines and Plantation require approval for changes to doors and gates. We are familiar with the usual requirements and can advise on what your board will ask for.
What happens to my old equipment?
We remove the old door, tracks, springs, gate hardware and any obsolete operator and take it all away, so the site is clear when we finish. Call (786) 671-4001 and the haul-away is included in the job.
