This policy explains what happens to the information you send us through this website.
When you submit the quote form we collect the details you type in: your name, phone number, and optionally your email address, city, the service you are interested in, and a description of the problem. We also record which page you submitted from, so we can tell which of our pages are useful. We use this information for one purpose — to contact you about the work you asked about.
We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anyone. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to your enquiry, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
The information is stored in our own website database and in the notification email sent to our office. It is not shared with third parties except where a service provider is strictly necessary to operate the website or send that email.
We keep enquiry records for as long as they are useful for the work and for our own accounting, and then delete them.
This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. A session cookie is used to operate the site and, once you are signed in to the administrative area, to keep you signed in.
If you would like to know what we hold about you, or you would like it deleted, contact us on (786) 671-4001 or at garagedoor@f1garagedoors.com and we will deal with it.
